Eligibility
The activities offered by TAKAMAKA are open to everyone. However, specific age restrictions may apply to certain activities. In addition, the ability to swim is essential for all water-based activities.
Special registration conditions for bookings involving multiple participants: The person making the booking undertakes to ensure that all registered participants are made aware of and agree to:

The insurance terms and conditions and any other documents provided to them.
Bookings
For individual activities, bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
For corporate events and seminars, bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the registration form bearing the endorsement "Approved and Accepted". The form must be accompanied by a deposit amounting to 70% of the total price. This deposit must reach us at least 10 days before the departure date.
If the outstanding balance for the stay has not been received at least 10 days before departure, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without compensation.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation by a participant, the following cancellation fees will apply:
Cancellation period before departure:

Between 45 and 30 days before departure: 25% of the total price;

Between 29 and 21 days before departure: 50% of the total price;

Between 20 and 10 days before departure: 75% of the total price;

Less than 10 days before departure, or failure to appear at the departure or accommodation venue: 100% of the total price.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, email, fax, etc.). The date of receipt will determine the official cancellation date.
Changes Made by the Organiser
TAKAMAKA reserves the right to modify the programme of a stay for safety reasons.
In the event of force majeure requiring the cancellation or modification of a stay or any essential services, the customer shall not be entitled to compensation.
The organiser will endeavour to offer the customer an alternative stay or replacement services. The customer will then have 7 days to accept the alternative arrangement or cancel the booking without incurring any cancellation fees.
Please note: Where services have already commenced, the organiser will offer alternative routes or activities.
Changes Requested by the Customer
Any changes requested by the customer concerning essential elements of the booking (changes to the programme, date, destination, number of participants, etc.) will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the same cancellation fees as those set out in Section 4.
Risks
Given the specific nature of the activities and programmes offered, each participant acknowledges that certain risks may arise, particularly due to the distance from medical facilities. Participants accept these risks with full knowledge of the circumstances and must comply with all safety instructions and follow the advice given by qualified professionals.
TAKAMAKA is not in a position to assess the sporting ability or technical skill level of its customers.
For any sporting activity, whether or not equipment is required, and particularly where sports equipment rental is included in our programmes (excluding activities supervised by an instructor), customers acknowledge that they possess the necessary technical skills to undertake the activity independently and use the rented equipment without supervision.
The same applies to any sporting activity or equipment rental not included in the programme and/or booked directly at the holiday destination. In such cases, customers participate entirely at their own risk and under their sole responsibility.
Insurance
TAKAMAKA has taken out professional liability insurance with AXA, policy number 11406779604.
Participants must have their own personal accident insurance covering the activities they have booked.
Disputes
Any dispute arising from these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Lyon, France.
