Rhythm, energy and a collective challenge to bring your colleagues together as one.

Looking to inject fresh energy into your seminar? Takamaka's haka experience in Lyon invites your colleagues to discover an impressive group performance, where voices, movements and synchronisation take centre stage.

Guided by professional dancers, participants are introduced to Marquesan hakas and discover a rich culture of songs, rhythms and traditions. Throughout the experience, everyone learns to coordinate their movements with the rest of the group to create a performance together.

More than just a seminar activity, Taka Haka is a team-building experience that encourages active listening, commitment and collective energy. It is a natural fit for a corporate seminar, a team day or a corporate evening in Lyon. How the activity works

1

📍Participant welcome

Participants are welcomed by a group of passionate professionals who introduce them to the world of Marquesan hakas. An introduction to the culture, songs and instruments accompanies the experience.
2

🎯Learning the Moves, Building Coordination and Taking on the Team Challenge

It's time to get involved! Guided by professional dancers, participants learn different choreographies and practise synchronising their movements and shouts. The aim is to help each team work towards a shared performance by developing listening skills and coordination.

Once the techniques have been learnt, the teams face each other. Each group draws on its energy, rhythm and team spirit to deliver its performance. The challenge gives everyone the opportunity to contribute to the team's overall result.

🏆Closing the Evening

The challenge ends with an applause-o-meter, which determines the winning team based on the audience's reaction. The winning team receives a special prize. It's an energising, unifying finale that celebrates participants' commitment and brings the experience to a memorable close.
