Gift Voucher Renewal
The seasons fly by… but your gift voucher can wait.
Description
Did you receive a Takamaka gift voucher, but the year went by without you finding the right time? Don’t panic. To extend your gift voucher, Takamaka Lyon offers a renewal: for €20, your voucher gains an extra year of validity.
Busy schedule, a shortened season, wanting to do the activity at just the right moment: there are a thousand reasons to postpone a paragliding flight, a rafting descent or a hot-air balloon ride. With the renewal, you keep your gift intact and simply push back the expiry date.
It would be a shame to buy a new gift voucher when all you need to do is renew it. You keep your activity, and you enjoy it whenever you decide, within the new year of validity.
The process is simple: you buy the renewal online, then contact our team to link it to your voucher. A practical solution to make sure the promised adventure doesn’t fall through.
Please note: if your activity couldn’t take place for reasons beyond your control, such as a weather cancellation, your voucher is renewed free of charge. The paid renewal only applies to vouchers you didn’t have time to use.
The renewal extends the validity of your gift voucher by 1 year, for €20. It isn’t necessary if your activity was cancelled for reasons beyond your control, for example due to the weather: in that case, the voucher is renewed free of charge.
