Where does the hot-air balloon take off from?
From Pizay, in Beaujolais, about an hour from Lyon. You make your own way to the meeting point. Your return after landing is arranged by the team.

Allow 3 hours on site in total, including 1 hour of flight. The rest of the time is spent on the welcome, inflating the balloon, landing and the return trip.

Can I give a first hot-air balloon flight as a gift?
Yes, in the form of a gift voucher valid for 1 year, sent immediately by email (or by post for €2). If the flight cannot take place for reasons beyond the recipient’s control, the voucher is renewed free of charge.
