Where is our agency located, and what are our opening hours?
You can find our Takamaka Lyon agency at 22 rue Juiverie, in the heart of Vieux Lyon (Old Lyon). Our team is available Monday to Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., to help you plan your activities, corporate events, or equipment rentals.

What are the payment terms?
Payment terms vary depending on the service you choose.
- For seminars and corporate events:
Payment is made by bank transfer based on a quotation. A deposit of 70% of the total amount is required before the event, with the remaining balance payable at the end of the event.
- For private events:
Payment is made by two cheques, each representing 50% of the total cost of the activity. The first cheque is cashed upon receipt and serves as a deposit. The second cheque is cashed after the event, allowing for any necessary adjustments based on the final number of participants. Payment by bank transfer is also available upon request.
- For outdoor sports activities:
Payment is made directly on our website by credit or debit card when purchasing the activity. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
- For equipment rentals:
Payment can be made in cash, by cheque, or by bank transfer. The full rental amount must be paid when collecting the equipment. A security deposit is also required, with the amount depending on the equipment rented.
Do you only provide activities, or do you also offer full event planning services for corporate seminars and events?
Our core business is the design and organisation of activities and entertainment for corporate clients. With several years of experience and our Atout France licence, we have also expanded our expertise to include full-service event planning.
We can therefore manage your entire corporate seminar or event, tailoring every aspect to your needs and objectives. Our services include meeting room hire, catering, activities and entertainment, accommodation, transport, and much more. We coordinate all the different services to create a bespoke event and support you at every stage of the planning process.
